For this course it is mandatory but not only for divers its advisable to have some knowledge of first aid and cpr. It can happen every day, every where the you are in the situation to help someone as an emergency responder.(Info)

Content:

Theory lessons.
Accident prevention, self-rescue and rescue of others in workshops of rescue scenarios.
Complete learning material.
Worldwide and lifelong valid certification.

Duration:

Three to five days.

Objective:

Extended diving skills and more diving safety through the knowledge of how to prevent accidents and the reaction in case they happen. Qualifies to continue the training toward Dive Master or Master Scuba Diver.

Preconditions:

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent, min. 20 dives, attendance at a first aid course (primary and secondary care, incl. CPR) within the last 24 months.
Medical checkup not older than a year.
